How much does the Certified Nurse Assistant program cost?

The cost of the program is $1,025. Bay Nurse Assistant Training will provide the book needed during the class as well as various training supplies that are used in the program. The student will need to supply a pair of navy blue scrubs at their own cost.

How do I register for the class?

In order to register for the class you must call (989) 894-2151, and we will provide you with all needed information at that time. You can also print off the registration forms found under the apply now tab, and mail them in with your $300 deposit to our mailing address at –

You can also e-mail the forms to info@baynurseassistantprogram.com and pay your $300 deposit over the phone with a credit or debit card.

When is payment due?

In order to secure your spot in the class, a $300 deposit is required. The remaining balance is due by the first day of class. You can pay the $300 deposit over the phone or by sending in a check and registration documents to our mailing address at –

What are the requirements to be accepted into the Certified Nurse Assistant program?

To attend the class, you must be at least 16 years old and provide a negative TB test.
A background check will be performed and certain misdemeanors and felonies can exclude you from being able to attend clinical. Clinical is required to attend class.

What supplies do I need for the class?

Navy blue scrubs, watch with a second hand, comfortable shoes, and gait belt (optional).

What happens when I complete the course?

After graduating from Bay Nurse Assistant Program you will be given a certificate that allows you to register for the state test through Prometric for a total cost of $125. Once you have completed and passed the state test you will become a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Michigan.

Are the CPR classes compliant with OSHA requirements?

All of the American Heart Association courses are designed to meet OSHA requirements. However, OSHA does not review or approve any courses for compliance. American Heart Association and OSHA share an alliance in making the work place safer.
